Dr. Jim Chow received the Order of the Palmetto from Governor Sanford on Sunday, September 11, 2005 at McEntire Air National Guard Base. Dr. Chow, a dermatologist in Columbia, is a colonel in the SC Air National Guard and is the State Air Surgeon for SC. The award was given for his work as a civilian.
