PENDENCY OF ACTION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT an action has been or will be commenced and is now or will be pending in this Court upon complaint of the above-named Plaintiff against the above-named Defendant(s) for the foreclosure of a certain mortgage of real estate given by Cynthia T. H.Morris to Alliance Funding, a Division of Superior Bank, FSB dated January 7, 2000, and recorded in the public records of Richland County on February 14, 2000, in Book 383 at Page 1761. The Mortgage was thereafter assigned to the Plaintiff by assignment dated March 21, 2002, and recorded on September 25, 2002, in the ROD/RMC in Book 707 at Page 1060.

The premises covered and affected by the Plaintiff's mortgage and the foreclosure thereof, were, at the time of the making thereof, and at the time of the filing of this notice, described as follows:

All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land with all improvements thereon, lying, being and situate in the County of Richland, State of South Carolina, of the property of Estelle Clark located on Piney Grove Road, being designated as lot numbered 7B which consists of 1.7 acres on a plat prepared by Keels Engineering, RLS of Columbia, South Carolina, dated October 13, 1972 and recorded in Book X of plats at page 2368 in the Office of the Clerk of Court of Common Pleas and General Sessions for the County of Richland, state aforesaid. This division of property of Estelle Clark was approved by Order of the Honorable John Grimball, resident Judge Fifth Circuit dated June 22, 1973, as preserved in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Richland County in Judgment Roll Number 84265.

This being the same property conveyed to Cynthia T.H. Morris by deed of Cancerleen Haynes recorded on November 19, 1997 in the ROD Office for Richland County in Deed Book D1418 at page 786.
