WHEREAS, more than eight (8) months has passed since the appointment of the Personal

Representative in the Estate of Leroy K. Roberts and the Personal Representative of this estate is unable to locate Lillian Roberts, Pat Perkins, Kathy Roberts, Wayne Roberts, or Richard Roberts or to determine if they are living or dead.

NOW THEREFORE, the above named distributes are cited to be and appear before me at

Columbia, SC an the 12th day of October, 2005, at 10:00 am to show cause why the Personal

Representative of this estate should not be ordered to distribute the above named distributive shares as if Lillian Roberts, Pat Perkins, Kathy Roberts, Wayne Roberts, and Richard Robert pre-deceased Leroy K. Roberts and to determine the heirs of Leroy K. Roberts upon his death.
