Ashton Lunceford as the Chickon girl in the latest McDonald’s commercial McDonald’s has a new commercial featuring Ashton Lunceford, a 2004 graduate of Hammond School, as the new “Chickon” girl. The commercial is shot in a car to resemble a scene from That 70’s Show.

The 30–second commercial took eight hours to shoot and about 30 Premium Chicken sandwiches.

Since moving to L.A. last August to pursue her acting career, Ashton was cast by Garry Marshall (director of Happy Days , Beaches, Pretty Woman , and more) to perform in a play written by his daughter and was a guest star on a pilot show for NBC.
