Mrs. Justin Scot Prust Kelley Kathleen Monahan and Justin Scot Prust were married in St. Regis Hotel and Spa, Dana Point, California, September 3 at 5:30 pm. Steven M. Prust, brother of the bridegroom, performed the double ring ceremony. The music was Pachelbel’s Canon in D performed by a classical guitarist.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Paul Monahan. Her grandparents are Mr. James Harold Easterby Jr., and the late Mrs. Anne McKeithen Easterby and Mr. Thomas A. Monahan of Erie, Pennsylvania, and Mrs. Patricia Monahan of Austin, Texas. The bride graduated from Cardinal Newman High School and the University of Southern California with a bachelor’s degree in communications and theatre.

The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Randall Scot Prust of Tucson, Arizona. His grandparents are Mrs. Norma Pritt and the late Mr. William Luzader of Phoenix, Arizona, and Mr. and Mrs. Zeke Prust of Phoenix. The bridegroom graduated from St. Gregory’s Preparatory School in Tucson and Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree in political science. He owns his own financial company, Obsidian Financial, Inc.

The bride was given in marriage by her parents. She wore a champagne colored princess style gown designed by Michaelangelo. The dress had a beaded bodice in a fleur–de–lis pattern with a darker champagne trim at the neckline. The train was decorated with beading that matched the bodice design. The bride’s jewelry was designed by Givenchy and was a gift from the bridegroom’s parents.

The maid of honor was Margaret Colvin Wilson. The maiden of honor was Tessa Elizabeth Monahan, sister of the bride. The bridesmaids were Nancy Alison Scott, Mrs. Katherine Fey Drafts, Amanda Elaine Sheftman, and Priscilla Anne Porianda. Junior bridesmaids were Lauren Ashley Monahan and Katherine Anne Bopp.

Steven Michael Prust, brother of the bridegroom, served as best man. The groomsmen were Christopher Charles Bury, Scott Alan Gaines, Eric George Curtis Mark, Brian Franklin Fox, Marc Anton Carlson, Thomas Patric Monahan, and Kyle Easterby Monahan. The ring bearer was Christopher Monahan Bopp.

The reception was held at the St. Regis Hotel and Spa. After a cruise in the eastern Caribbean and a trip to the Fiji Islands, the couple will reside in Tucson, Arizona.
