Photo by Mimi Maddock The Jelly Palm, or Pindo Palm, produces medium sized, yellow–orange palm fruit that is edible and often used for jellies and jams. The palm is small and hardy and usually grows to only 10–20’. It can grow in partial shade or full sun and can withstand temperatures of 10ºF.
