Before Office Depot celebrated its grand opening on Thursday, July 21, at the new store located on Harden Street in the Marketplace on Harden Shopping Center.

“I want to personally thank Mashburn Construction for a job well done in bringing an old building back to life in such a short time,” says Ronald Wyland, Store Manager.

Major Bob Coble joined in on the ribbon cutting while Wyland presented checks for $500 each to Harvest Hope Food Bank, Habitat for Humanity, Carolina Children’s Home, and Richland County Public Library. Backpacks were also donated to various organizations and schools. Downtown residents are happy to have an office supply store closer to home.
