Notice is hereby given that Star Enterprize, LLC, dba ABC on Leesburg/Veterans V.I.P. intends to apply to the South Carolina Department of Revenue for a license/permit that will allow the sale off premises consumption of Liquor only at 3216A Leesburg Rd./on premises consumption of Beer, Wine and Liquor at 3216B Leesburg Rd., Columbia, SC 29209.
