 One of the few statues of Stalin not destroyed stands in Grutas Park.
 Statues of women also appeared in Soviet art. This woman represents “Mother Russia.”
 Soviet art was very stylzed so as to picture the leaders as strong, bold, and handsome whether they were or not.
 The statue of Lenin (r) and Kapsukas, leader of the Lithuanian Communist Party, by Bogdanas Warner and Jim Fisher stand with a huge V.I. Lenin. During Soviet times, cities received statues according to their size, the larger the city, the larger the Lenin.
