Miss Maloney and Mr. Fulton wed in Pawleys Island, SC

Melanie Marie Maloney of Columbia and David Kenniston Fulton Jr. of Eliot, Maine, were married Saturday, April 23, 2005, at Precious Blood of Christ Catholic Church in Pawleys Island, South Carolina. Father Patrick Joseph Stenson performed the 2:30 pm ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of James Matthew Maloney Sr. and the late Mrs. Sandra Brown Maloney. She is a graduate of Salem College and is employed in the admissions department at the University of North Carolina at Greenboro.
The bridegroom is the son of Ms. Sharon Lee Fulton of Byfield, Massachusetts, and David Kenniston Fulton Sr. of Glenwood Springs, Colorado. He is a graduate of Tulane University and an account manager with Sunkist Growers, Inc., in Raleigh, North Carolina.
The matrons of honor were Kelley Maloney Liggitt, sister of the bride, and Christina Moore Allen. The bridesmaids were Sara Salem Betenbough; Christina Marie Forbes; Darci Kay Rogers, sister of the bridegroom; Chrissie Nelson Rominger; and Holly Parham Wheatley.
Duncan Frederick Hanby–Skinner served as best man. The groomsmen were Ryan Phillip Donn; Justin Patrick Gallagher; Walter Frederick Gryczan; Timothy Noel Hentschel; James Matthew Maloney Jr., brother of the bride; and John Alan Prince. The ringbearer was Randolph Kent Liggitt Jr., nephew of the bride.
A reception followed the ceremony in The Carriage House at Litchfield Plantation. After a honeymoon in Manzanillo Bay, Mexico, the couple will reside in Greensboro, North Carolina.
