NOTICE OF UNCLAIMED VEHICLES/
PUBLIC SALE
The following vehicles were ordered towed by Law Enforcement and no one has claimed these vehicles as of March 31, 2005. There is a lien on each vehicle for towing and storage charges and any additional storage or costs from the date of this notice. After thirty (30) days from the date of this notice Suddeth Towing, 1512 Heidt St., Columbia, SC 29204 will apply to the Waverly Magistrate to sell these vehicles at Public Auction. If sold at Public Auction the successful bidder will get a title free and clear of any liens and encumbrances under section 56-5-5640. All parties that have any interest in the following vehicles have until the day of the auction to reclaim the vehicle upon payment of all charges.

Martin, also known as Agnes H. The following is a description of the premises subject of
