NOTICE OF UNCLAIMED VEHICLES/

PUBLIC SALE

The following vehicles were ordered towed by Law Enforcement and no one has claimed these vehicles as of March 31, 2005. There is a lien on each vehicle for towing and storage charges and any additional storage or costs from the date of this notice. After thirty (30) days from the date of this notice Suddeth Towing, 1512 Heidt St., Columbia, SC 29204 will apply to the Waverly Magistrate to sell these vehicles at Public Auction. If sold at Public Auction the successful bidder will get a title free and clear of any liens and encumbrances under section 56-5-5640. This is the same property conveyed to Jack Smith and Patricia Smith by deed of the Administrator of Veterans Affairs dated January 29, 1985, and recorded on February 19, 1985, in Deed Book D-729 at Page 506. Notice is hereby given that an action has been commenced by the Plaintiff above named against the Defendants above named to foreclose a certain mortgage given by Agnes C. Martin, also known as Agnes H. Martin, and Malinda Taylor, formerly known as Malinda Martin, to Accredited Home Lenders, Inc., dated March 19, 2002, recorded March 26, 2002,in the Office of the Register of Mesne Conveyances for Richland County in Record Book 641 at page 2739, and subsequently assigned to the Plaintiff.

The following is a description of the premises subject of

All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, with the improvements thereon, situate, lying and being on the eastern side of Queen Street (now known as #904 Queen Street), in the City of Columbia, County of Richland, State of South Carolina, said lot being shown and designated as Lot 10 on a plat of property of E.L. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT an action has been commenced and is now pending in this Court upon a Complaint of the above named Plaintiffs against the above named Defendants for the purpose of quieting title to the hereinafter described property and forever barring all claims, rights, title, interest or lien of the above named Defendants in and to the property hereinafter described.

The property affected by this action is situated in the County of Richland, in the

State of South Carolina and is described as follows:

All that certain piece, parcel, or lot of land, situate, lying and being northeast of the City of Columbia, in the County of Richland, State of South Carolina, and being more particularly shown and designated as Lot 3 Block "B-H", as shown on a plat of WildeWood, Section VII- Phases 1 and 2, prepared by United Design Services, Inc., dated June 30,1988, last revised June 21,1989, and recorded in the Richland County Register of Deeds Office in Plat Book 52 at Pages 7161 and 7162; said lot being bounded and measuring as follows, to wit: On the North by Aiken Hunt Circle, whereon it fronts and measures for a distance of one hundred forty (140') feet; on the East by Lot 4 Block B-H, measuring thereon for a distance of two hundred twenty three and seven-tenths (223.7') feet; on the South by a lake, now or formerly of Hughes Lake Owners Association, measuring thereon for a combined distance of one hundred fifty two and two- tenths (152.2') feet; and on the West by Lot 2 Block B-H, measuring thereon for a distance of one hundred sixty two and nine-tenths (162.9) feet; be all measurements a little more or less.
