Notice is hereby given that Paras Nitesh intends to apply to the South Carolina Department of Revenue for a license/permit that will allow the sale off premises consumption of Beer and Wine, at 6202 Shakespeare Rd., Columbia, SC 29223. To object to the issuance of the permit/license, written protest must be received by the SC Department of Revenue no later than April 24, 2005.

For a protest to be valid, it must be in writing, and should include the following information:
