All that certain piece, parcel, or lot of land, together with improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the County of Richland, State of South Carolina, being shown and delineated as Lot 1, Block "G", on a plat of Druid Hills, by Tomlinson Engineering Company, dated January 27, 1947, revised January 16, 1948, recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for said County in Plat Book "M" at Page 56; being more specifically shown and delineated on a plat prepared for Wayne D. Cain-Klein and Francine M. Cain-Klein, by Cox and Dinkins, Inc., dated June 8, 1999; said plats are incorporated herein and reference is craved thereto for a more complete and accurate description of the metes, bounds, courses and distances of the property concerned herein. Be all measurements a little more or less.
This being the same property conveyed unto Wayne D. Cain-Klein and Francine M. Cain-Klein by deed of Betty T. Dent, also known as Betty Tindal Dent dated June 25, 1999 and recorded July 27, 1999 in Deed Book 329 at page 2941 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Richland County. Thereafter Wayne Klein conveyed his interest to Francine Cain-Klein by Quitclaim Deed dated February 25, 2004 and recorded February 26, 2004 in Deed Book 906 at page 1581.
