Senate resolution honors Hand Middle School’s achievements

John Courson recognizing students’ achievements in the arts and congratulating them on being selected for the Kennedy Center Alliance for Arts Education Network Creative Ticket National School of Distinction Award. Richland One’s Hand Middle School is one of five schools in the nation to receive the Creative Ticket award for the 2003–2004 school year. Later this spring, a delegation of students and teachers from Hand Middle School will travel to Washington, DC, to formally accept the award. They will perform on the Millenium Stage at the Kennedy Center.
