Richland One’s Hand Middle School is one of five schools in the nation to receive the Creative Ticket award for the 2003–2004 school year. Later this spring, a delegation of students and teachers from Hand Middle School will travel to Washington, DC, to formally accept the award. They will perform on the Millenium Stage at the Kennedy Center.
