Leroy Moss was asked to come forward with Mrs. Moss to accept a token of the city’s appreciation for all his civic activism all these years. He was head of the Hyatt Park neighborhood for 17 years. Today at 90 he is still active in Eau Claire, and his neighbors and his city ar awfully appreciative. Mayor Coble presented Moss with a framed declaration and a key to the city.
