By virtue of a decree heretofore granted in the case of National Loan Investors, Inc. against Isaac K. Cloud, et al., I, the undersigned Master in Equity for Richland County will sell on Monday, December 6, 2004, at 12 o’clock noon, at the Richland County Courthouse, Richland County Judicial Center, 1701 Main Street, Columbia, South Carolina, to the highest bidder:

All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, with the improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the Northeast section of the City of Columbia, near the area known as Fairwold, in the County of Richland, State of South Carolina, and being shown, delineated, and designated as Lot No. One Hundred Twenty three (123) on a plat of Greenview Subdivision made by Columbia Engineering Company, dated April 26, 1950, and recorded in the Office of the Register of Mesne Conveyances for Richland County in Plat Book N at page 186.
