NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an action has been commenced and is now pending in this Court upon complaint of the above-named Plaintiff against the above-named Defendants for the foreclosure of a certain mortgage of real estate given by Otis G. Watts and Mary M. Watts to Consolidated Mortgage and Financial Services Corporation dated November 21, 1996, and recorded in the RMC Office for Richland County on December 2, 1996, in Mortgage Book M2051 at page 801.
