NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an action has been commenced and is now pending in the Circuit Court upon the Complaint of the above named Plaintiff against the above named Defendants Metropolitan Life Insurance Company and Domestic Loans of Columbia for the purpose of foreclosing a certain mortgage of real estate heretofore given by Associates Home Equity Services, Inc., dated November 15, 2000, and recorded December 12, 2000 in Book R465 at Page 2746 in the RMC/ ROD/COC's Office for Richland County, in the original principal sum of $60,127.49 and that the premises effected by said mortgage and by the foreclosure thereof are situated in the County of Richland, State of South Carolina, and is described as follows:
