4.) Judgment against Dawn V. Ragsdale for Windmill Station Association, Inc. dated May 20, 2004 recorded July 19, 2004 in the Clerk of Court for Richland County, Judgment Roll No. 254207, in the amount of $7,955.00, plus costs, fees, and interest accruing thereafter.

5.) Real Property Taxes for 2004, and subsequent years a lien not yet due and payable.

A deposit of five percent (5%) of the bid price must be posted at the time of sale. Sale will be subject to Upset Bidding, which shall conclude in Courtroom 2-D, Richland County Judicial Center, 1701 Main Street, Columbia,South Carolina at 11:00 A.M. on the 5th Day of January, 2005.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an action has been commenced and is now pending in the Circuit Court upon the Complaint of the above named Plaintiff against the above named Defendants Metropolitan Life Insurance Company and Domestic Loans of Columbia for the purpose of foreclosing a certain mortgage of real estate heretofore given by Associates Home Equity Services, Inc., dated November 15, 2000, and recorded December 12, 2000 in Book R465 at Page 2746 in the RMC/ ROD/COC's Office for Richland County, in the original principal sum of $60,127.49 and that the premises effected by said mortgage and by the foreclosure thereof are situated in the County of Richland, State of South Carolina, and is described as follows:
