The SC Inaugural Ball Committee announced it will hold the SC Presidential Inauguration Ball Friday, January 21, 2005, from 8 pm until midnight. A celebration of President George W. Bush’s inauguration, the ball will be held at the National Museum of American History in Washington, DC.

Tickets for the inaugural ball are $150 each and include an open bar, hors d’oeuvres, dessert, and live entertainment. Tickets are non–refundable and available on a first–come, first–served basis. The SC Inaugural Ball Committee is affliliated with the SC State Society. Comprised of more than 600 South Carolinians living and working in the DC–metro area, the Society is dedicated to providing fellowship for displaced Sandlappers through social and cultural events.
