The River Alliance, Security Federal Bank, the City of West Columbia, and High Voltage Theatre present the second annual production of Sleepy Hollow on the River. Congaree Swamp National Monument formally will be re–designated Congaree National Park by Senator Ernest Hollings, Congressman James Clyburn, and National Park Service director Fran Mainella during a dedication ceremony October 25.
