Editor’s note: This comment is referring to the Cayce City Council report on page 14 of the May 4th issue of The Columbia Star.

Has anyone asked why they (Cayce) got those really large cars when everyone else is moving toward the newer cars like the Dodge Charge and Chev Malibu. It is not like they are driving long distances or hauling loads of weapons.

I enjoyed the article about the First Christian Church celebrating its 110th anniversary in Columbia. I’ve had a warm spot in my heart for the Church ever since being hired as its choir director back in 1957 while I was still in the Army.
