&lt;p&gt;Columbia City Council held it&amp;rsquo;s monthly meeting Tuesday, May 8. Council members present were Dr. Belinda Gergel, Tameika Issac Devine, Sam Davis, Bryan Newman, Leona Plough, Daniel Rickenmann, and Mayor Steve Benjamin.
