Kelli Stroud won the 2010 Miss Greenwood Pageant Sunday, March 7, 2010, in Greenwood, SC. She received a $1000 scholarship. She will now compete in the Miss South Carolina Pageant to be held in Spartanburg, SC at the end of June.
