District receives top honors for United Way contributions

Richland Two received the Division Chairman Award in the Public Sector category for having most impacted the 2011 Live United fundraising campaign. The award was presented by the United Way of the Midlands at the Campaign Finale on January 31 at the Township Auditorium in Columbia. With a staff of more than 3,500, the district was able to surpass its 2011 goal to raise $88,000.

Airport High School sets $35,000 goal for Camp Kemo charity drive

Airport High School is hosting its 17th annual charity drive Friday March 2- Sunday March 11 to raise money for Camp Kemo, a Midlands summer camp for children with cancer. This year’s goal is $35,000.
